The wash that resets the scalp after a chemical service.
What it does
02 Cleanse is a daily cleansing shampoo and the first step of the three step treatment system that runs after a colour, bleach or chemical service.
Its job is to clear the scalp and hair of everything the service left behind. Do this properly and the two steps that follow have something clean to work on. Skip it and they are working through residue.
How to use it
- Wet the hair through, right down to the scalp.
- Wash once. This first pass lifts what is sitting on the surface.
- Wash again. The second pass is the one that actually cleans.
- Rinse thoroughly, then go straight to 03 Revitalize.
Two washes, not one. It is the most common thing people get wrong with 02, and it is the difference between a rinse and a reset. It also works as an everyday shampoo between services.
